LIHEAP can help you keep your home warm and safe during the coldest seasons. From December 3, 2025, to April 10, 2026, you can apply for a cash grant to help pay your heating bill. You can receive from $200 to $1,000 based on your household size, income, and fuel type. The cash grant is a one-time payment. The grant will be sent directly to your utility provider or fuel company to be credited on your bill. Are you experiencing an emergency related to your household’s heat? You may be eligible to receive additional funds through a crisis grant.

Due to the anticipated snow, Whitetail Disposal will be collecting trash/recycling on a one-day delay this week. Pick up for Dublin Borough residents will be on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

The Borough uses the Smart 911 system to provide a broad range of emergency notifications and alerts including flushing of water lines, road closures and other time-sensitive events to those who live and work in Dublin. Dublin Borough Water Customers: We are pleased to report that it is no longer necessary to boil your water. The water has been tested for two consecutive days and has been determined to be safe to drink.

Please be advised that the water main break has been repaired and the water tower could take 4-6 hours to refill and restore water pressure.  Until then, we are asking all of our water customers to use water sparingly.  Additionally, a “Boil Water” Notice has been issued for Dublin Borough.  All affected customers are advised that the water may be unsafe for human consumption, and water used for drinking or food preparation must be boiled for five (5) minutes prior to use.  Please continue to boil water until Dublin Borough notifies you that the advisory has been lifted.

The proposed 2026 Budget will be considered for adoption by Borough Council at the December 8, 2025 Meeting. You can view the proposed budget here:
